Refunds are available within 24 hours of your initial signup payment, if you haven't used any member perks yet.

You forfeit refund eligibility if you've:

• Used your 15% shop discount
• Used a presale code or accessed presale tickets
• Made any purchase using member benefits

After 24 hours or after using any member perks, cancellation is forward-looking only. You'll keep getting drops you've already paid for and no future charges.

Here's what to do (within 24 hours):

2. Include "RVRB refund request" in the subject line
3. We'll process the refund within 2 business days
