We'll retry your card 3 times over 7 days. If all 3 fail, we cancel the subscription.

Most failed payments come from expired cards, low balances, or banks flagging the charge.

You'll get an email after each failed try. Update your card in your customer portal anytime before the 3rd attempt to keep your subscription active.

Here's what to do:

1. Log into levitation.fm/account
2. Click "Payment methods"
3. Update your card
4. The next retry will use the new card

If the subscription cancels and you want to resubscribe, you can re-join from the RVRB Chamber product page.
