What you can do yourself in the customer portal:
- Cancel anytime
- Update your address
- Update your payment method
- Switch between quarterly and annual
- See your billing history and next drop date

When to email us:
- Damaged or missing items (include photos)
- Lost drops
- Refund requests within 24 hours of signup
- Address or payment changes you can't make in the portal
- Anything else about your subscription
Include your order number and a short description. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
