Most issues you can self-serve in your customer portal. If not, email [email protected].

What you can do yourself in the customer portal:

  • Cancel anytime
  • Update your address
  • Update your payment method
  • Switch between quarterly and annual
  • See your billing history and next drop date

Customer portal: levitation.fm/account

When to email us:

  • Damaged or missing items (include photos)
  • Lost drops
  • Refund requests within 24 hours of signup
  • Address or payment changes you can't make in the portal
  • Anything else about your subscription

Include your order number and a short description. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
