What Levitation products are available for wholesale?
Our wholesale catalog covers:. Availability moves with pressing quantities and stock on hand. A few ultra limited releases stay reserved for direct sales and events.
What is the minimum order amount?
$250 per order, and at least 10 units total across the order. Both have to be met before checkout will go through.
Is there a minimum quantity per title?
No. There is no per title minimum, so you can mix and match freely. The only requirement is that the order as a whole hits $250 and 10 units. Very limited pressings are occasionally allocated, and if a title is capped we will note it on the product o
How do I place a wholesale order?
Sign in to your wholesale account. There is no password to remember, we email you a sign-in link. Once you are in, head to the Quick Order list to load your whole cart from one screen, or browse the shop normally. Wholesale pricing is applied automat
What wholesale discount do retailers receive?
Approved wholesale partners get 50% off MSRP across the wholesale catalog. The discount is applied automatically once you are signed in, so the price you see is the price you pay.
How do wholesale orders ship?
Yes. Upcoming titles appear in the wholesale catalog ahead of release, so you can lock in allocation early. Pre-order lines ship when the record drops. If an order mixes pre-orders with in stock titles, the in stock items ship first.
Do you offer Net 15 or Net 30 payment terms?
Not at this time. Wholesale orders are paid at checkout.
How long does it take for wholesale orders to ship?
Most wholesale orders ship within 3 to 5 business days, depending on stock and order size. Pre-order titles ship once the record is released.
Do you offer exclusive or limited variants to record stores?
Yes. Select Levitation releases include retail exclusive color variants and limited pressings available only through our wholesale partners.
Can I pre-order upcoming Levitation releases?
Yes. Upcoming titles appear in the wholesale catalog ahead of release, so you can lock in allocation early. Pre-order lines ship when the record drops. If an order mixes pre-orders with in stock titles, the in stock items ship first.
What happens if a record arrives damaged?
If anything arrives damaged in transit, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a credit.
Do you accept wholesale returns?
Because so many of our pressings are limited, wholesale orders are non returnable. Defective or damaged merchandise is the exception, see the damaged records answer above.
Do you offer wholesale for international retailers?
We work with shops outside the US case by case. Email [email protected] with your store details and we will confirm shipping and minimums for your location before you apply.
Can my store get early access to Levitation releases?
Wholesale partners get advance notice of upcoming releases, pre-order windows, and exclusive pressings tied to Levitation events like Austin Psych Fest and LEVITATION.
How do I open a Levitation wholesale account?
Apply through our wholesale application form. We ask for your store details and your EIN so we can verify you are a retailer. Most applications are reviewed within a few business days. Once you are approved we will email an invitation to your B2B acc
