What is the Levitation Record Club?
Levitation Record Club is a subscription program curated by Levitation that delivers vinyl on a schedule you choose—plus member perks like free shipping, discounts, swaps (on eligible plans), and access to exclusives. What are the membership options?
When will I be billed?
On your plan’s billing date (monthly or quarterly depending on the tier). Your confirmation email will include the exact date.
When will my first shipment arrive?
Timing depends on the current month’s selection and fulfillment window. You’ll receive tracking once your package ships.
If I cancel, will I still get my next shipment?
If you cancel after you’ve been billed for an upcoming cycle, you’ll typically still receive that shipment. You can cancel through your customer portal and you can specify a cancellation cutoff window if you want.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes—members can upgrade/downgrade between tiers (timing depends on billing cycle).
Do you ship internationally?
For all subscriptions we do not ship outside the United States. This includes not shipping to Canada. This only applies to subscriptions. We offer international shipping to other goods outside the subscription models.
What if my record arrives damaged?
If your record arrives damaged, contact support with photos and your order info. We’ll make it right based on our replacement policy.
