How much does Record of the Month cost?
Each record costs $44.98 and will be billed on the 15th of each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime (your current billing/shipment rules apply*). Cancel through your customer portal. *Once a Record of the Month selection has been processed, it can not be cancelled. A cancellation would apply to the next month.
Is shipping really free?
Free shipping applies to your Record of the Month shipment within the US only. It does not extend to international Record of the Month shipments, or to other shop orders placed using your 10% member discount.
What do I get each month?
A curated Record of the Month selected by Levitation, shipped free to you.
Do I get a discount in the shop?
Yes—10% off all shop orders while you’re an active member.
Can I swap my record of the month with another record?
After the first month, members who prefer a different selection may log into their customer portal to swap the featured record for another title from our curated collection. Once each month's pick is announced, you have a 7 day window to make a swap
What is the record swap option?
After you receive your first month’s record, you can swap future selections (within the swap rules) from an approved swap pool.
When can I start swapping?
Swaps become eligible after your first month is received.
What can I swap for?
Swaps come from a defined Levitation Editions swap pool (or a specified list). Swap inventory is limited and may change.
What if a swap sells out?
If your swap choice is unavailable, you’ll be prompted to pick another swap option (or keep the original selection, depending on your system rules).
How is the record chosen?
Selections are curated by Levitation, focused on discovery and Levitation Editions—new records delivered monthly.
When will my Record of the Month ship and be processed?
Billing & Record Selection Policy. Customers are charged for their first month upon signing up. All following orders are billed on a monthly cadence. We aim to announce each month's Record of the Month pick around the 15th. That is our target, and so
