We offer an Exchange Only Return Policy in most situations — we issue store credit, not cash refunds.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition with original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Partial store credit may be issued for items that are not in original condition or missing parts (if not due to our error).

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for exchange or credit.
