When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders begin processing as soon as the item is fully received in stock from the manufacturer. Once received, you can expect your order to ship within 3–5 business days. If your pre-order is arriving later than originally advertised, rest assured
Can I get a refund on a pre-order?
We do not provide refunds for pre-order items. Manufacturing delays are outside of our control, and delays do not qualify as out-of-stock situations under our refund policy. If you have a specific concern about a pre-order, email [email protected]
