Billing & Record Selection Policy

Customers are charged for their first month upon signing up. All following orders are billed on a monthly cadence.

We aim to announce each month's Record of the Month pick around the 15th. That is our target, and some months the announcement will land a little earlier or later. Announcement timing does not change your billing cadence, and we will always do our best to keep everything on track.
