Can you have more than one ShipTo address for Vinyl?

You can only have one Ship to address per order.  If you wish to use more than one address, you must transmit separate orders.

Can I update an address on an open order?

To update an address after an order is placed, select the order you wish to update on the Orders. Please keep in mind after an order is shipped we cannot change the routing while in transit. You will get a notification when your oder is on it's way.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email at the address used during checkout. If you haven't received a tracking email after 5 business days, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at [email protected]

Can I combine shipping across two orders?

Yes — if you want to combine shipping or add items to an existing order that hasn't shipped yet, we're happy to help.

Can I separate a pre-order from in-stock items to ship sooner?

Yes — if your order contains both in-stock items and a pre-order, we can split them so your in-stock items ship now. Here's how:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally via DHL. Orders are delivered by the destination country's postal service upon arrival. We are not responsible for items confiscated by customs. Please check your local import laws before ordering.

Who pays duties and taxes on international orders?
